There are many reasons why building mass consumes us on a daily, hourly and even minute by minute basis. Find your reason, and pursue it with untamed passion and intensity, because if you don't, the next guy will!

The Mass & Power Training Program is like nothing you've tried before and will push your body beyond the limits of normal human beings. You'll be lifting some brutally heavy weights, weights that will not only challenge your muscles, but also your hormonal and nervous systems as well! Don't expect to be going to the gym more than four times a week – you'll need the rest in between to recover. Follow this program to a T and you'll be on the fast track to shattering those bodyweight barriers and strength plateaus that have been standing in your way for far too long.

Training Every Other Day

That's right – on the first week, you'll be training Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, followed by Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the second week. You're probably sitting there saying, “That's way too easy, I need more!” Don’t get too cocky now. Maybe you didn’t realize that when you're in the gym, you're not actually growing! Sounds weird doesn't it? The muscles you're training are breaking down – meaning you're actually getting smaller. Hence the need for proper supplementation and REST to repair, rebuild and strengthen muscle tissue.
